I’m taking on a posture of rest this month.
If January was about celebration, February is about rest. Deliberate rest.
For to rest is to trust. To know that Abba is working things out, that He’s preparing a table for me.

To rest is to expect. That when it’s finally time, when the table is set and the food is ready, I will be thoroughly satisfied.

So, “don’t let your heart be troubled. Trust in God. Trust also in [Jesus]” (John 14:1)
